About Dr. James W. Roy
Dr. James W. Roy earned his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Virginia. He then earned his M.D. at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed residencies in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Texas Medical Branch, where he also served as Chief Resident. He specialized further by completing a combined Adult and Pediatric Sleep Medicine Fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin. During his Sleep Medicine Fellowship, he collaborated on clinical research involving the long term effects of Obstructive Sleep Apnea upon cardiac functioning. He was also the principal investigator of clinical research regarding the impact of Pediatric Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome upon gastroesophageal reflux.
Dr. Roy’s education as an engineer allows him to have a unique perspective upon different medical disorders. He is known in the community for using his knowledge of general Internal Medicine and Pediatrics when evaluating his patients with sleep disorders and for providing insight into non-sleep disease states to his patients’ primary care physicians.
Dr. Roy is Board Certified in Sleep Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics. He is also the Medical Director of the largest Sleep Laboratories in North Alabama – 16 sleep beds at the Huntsville and Madison Sleep Centers affiliated with Crestwood Medical Center and 8 sleep beds at the Parkway Medical Center affiliated with Decatur General Hospital.
Dr. Roy has been providing state-of-the-art, comprehensive care to patients with sleep disorders in Madison and Morgan Counties since 2007. In addition to his expertise in Sleep Medicine, Dr. Roy’s knowledge of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics allows him to provide insight into non-sleep disease states and their effects upon sleep for patients of all ages.
About Dr. Marijo-Anne L. Molina
Dr. Marijo-Anne L. Molina earned her BS in Cell Biology in the University of the Philippines Los Banos. She earned her M.D. at the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in 2004 and was an awardee of the St. Dominic Scholarship in Medicine. She finished post-graduate medical internship in the University of Santo Tomas Hospital.
She completed her residency in Pediatrics at The Medical City Department of Pediatrics where she served as associate Chief Resident. Additionally, she completed a 4-year residency in Combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, Illinois.
She specialized further by completing a combined Adult and Pediatric Sleep Medicine Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, TX. There she was honored to serve as Chief Fellow.
She was the lead author on two case reports accepted for presentation by the AASM’s annual SLEEP conference in June 2019. Her presentations focused on adult narcolepsy with cataplexy and congenital central hypoventilation syndrome.
Dr. Molina is an active member of the AASM. To care for her patients with obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea, narcolepsy with and without cataplexy, and periodic limb movement disorder, she utilizes Huntsville and Madison Sleep Centers affiliated with Crestwood Medical Center, Huntsville Hospital, and Parkway Medical Center in Decatur.
Dr. Molina’s knowledge in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Sleep Medicine gives her valuable insight on the importance of sleep, the comprehensive management of sleep disorders, and its impact on the overall health and well-being of patients of all ages.
About Dr. Robert C. Buss
Dr. Robert C. Buss earned his BA in Psychology at Beloit College. He earned his M.D. at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in 1996. He completed his residency in Family Medicine, and is board certified in Family Medicine and Sleep Medicine.
As Dr. Buss’ original family medicine practice grew, he found that he was referring more of his patients with obstructive sleep apnea. With local sleep medicine needs growing, Dr. Buss made the decision to become Board Certified in Sleep Medicine in 2011. He was Medical Director of his Wisconsin hospital’s sleep lab until moving to Huntsville in 2021.
In addition to being Board Certified in Sleep Medicine, Dr. Buss is an active member of the AASM. To care for his patients with obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea, narcolepsy with and without cataplexy, insomnia, restless legs syndrome, and REM behavior disorder, he utilizes Huntsville and Madison Sleep Centers affiliated with Crestwood Medical Center, Huntsville Hospital, and Parkway Medical Center.
Dr. Buss’ knowledge in Family Medicine and Sleep Medicine gives him valuable insight into non-sleep disease states and their effects upon sleep, as well as their impact on the overall health and well-being of patients of all ages.

About Christina Lindsey, CRNP
Christina is a Huntsville native. She graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2008 and worked as a Registered Nurse at Huntsville Hospital until 2015. She continued her education and graduated from University of Alabama in Huntsville with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011. The following year, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing and was certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She started her nurse practitioner career at an OB/GYN practice and later joined the Roy Sleep Medicine team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two boys and husband.
About Todd Pridmore, CRNP
Todd is a native of Huntsville, Alabama. He graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012. He worked as a Registered Nurse at Huntsville Hospital in the post anesthesia care unit and in orthopedics for several years. He graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2015 with a Master’s of Science in Nursing. Following this he became a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and joined the Roy Sleep Medicine team. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.
About Carol Bullock, CRNP
Carol is a native of Huntsville, Alabama. She graduated from the University of North Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2001. She has worked as an RN for 15 years with experience in the Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, and Post-anesthesia care units. She graduated from The University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2017 with a Masters of Science in Nursing. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She started her career in Family Medicine before joining Roy Sleep Medicine. She enjoys spending time with her two girls and husband.
About Lisa Suggs, CRNP
Lisa is a native of Huntsville, AL. and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Auburn University. Her nursing experience includes medical/surgical, school nursing, hospice, and many years in neurology. She earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Troy University in 2017, with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialty. She is thankful to live close to family and friends and enjoys spending time with them whenever possible.
